The segment-count hint, rendered by channels:sms_segment_preview and swapped in
by HTMX. A fragment with no layout: it is dropped into a panel in the flow
builder and into L6-B's broadcast composer, and both own their own chrome.

Everything here is escaped by Django's autoescaping as usual. The only value
derived from what the author typed is a count.
