Ported from BrightBean Studio's notifications/email/notification.html.
Table layout and inline styles are not a stylistic choice: Outlook's Word
rendering engine ignores most of a stylesheet, so an email that uses the design
system's classes arrives unstyled. The brand values below are the *literal*
resolutions of --brand-500 / --neutral-* from apps/theme/static_src/src/styles.css —
a var() in an email is another thing Outlook drops.
Studio's footer links to /notifications/preferences/, which belonged to the
per-event preference matrix this port drops; that URL 404s here. It points at
the notification list, which is where the one remaining toggle lives.
The header mark is the .png, not the .webp the app itself uses: Outlook's
Word engine has no WebP support, so a .webp arrives as a broken image. It
also needs an absolute URL, because an email has no origin to resolve
/static/ against -- hence app_url (supplied by notifications/mail.py) in
front of the static path. alt is empty on purpose: the cell to its right
already renders the wordmark as live text, so a described image would be
read out twice, and a blocked image degrades to that text alone.
